Blackheath Vehicle Testing Station (BVTS) is an A-Grade Vehicle Testing Facility Qualified to examine all vehicle types commercial and private, Light and heavy duty vehicles and proudly boasts SABS (South Africa Bureau of Standards) as well as RMI (Retail Motor Industry).

Blackheath Vehicle Testing Station (BVTS) is co-exists with the department of Transport to complement SABS and Road Traffic Act 93 of 1996 rules and regulations. Bringing our part to making the roads safe, for both you and your family.
