Job Description

Assists in driving the LOGICS Program agenda in North America related to business planning, organizational development, OE reporting, analysis and administration, and strategic alignment of DHL Supply Chain's businesses and various projects. Supports North America LOGICS Program Manager as needed, to support DHL Supply Chain (DSC) North America businesses by providing LOGICS support (process, tools, facilitation, training, and challenge); assisting in engagement activities of sectors and functions, and if agreed, assist in delivery of critical business plan initiatives; and assisting in the development of strategic projects for deployment in the DSC North America businesses.

LOGICS Programs and Projects

Manage the administration of the LOGICS system as it relates to North America, including user maintenance, location hierarchy administration, and system training (both creation of training materials and presentation to end users)

Assist in the development of LOGICS Programs and Projects, from idea creation to delivery and ongoing performance monitoring

Assist in coordination of all LOGICS modules, supporting all application owners with data analysis, training development, and end user assistance

Operations Excellence Departmental Reporting, Analysis, Administration

Review and confirm monthly LOGICS reporting and analysis is accurate and complete

Drive LOGICS reporting compliance through analysis across all system applications and assist in communication to business leaders

Continuous improvement of existing LOGICS reports and creation of new reports as business needs require (across all OE disciplines)



Required Education and Experience

Bachelor's degree in Business, English, Logistics, or related field, required

0-3 years of experience in Supply Chain Operations, Analytics, and/or Reporting that was focused on program enhancement, including meeting the customers' needs, preferred

Basic level experience with DSC's LOGICS Program and System, preferred
