As a social enterprise, DM Group provides funeral cover & funeral policies, instant loans, training and mentorship, marketing, and IT support to its borrowers and links them to savings, investment, and other financial services that focus on uplifting the individual as well as the community.

We combine tried and tested methodologies with new and exciting innovations to target poor and low-income earners with a PASSION FOR ENTREPRENEURSHIP and who desire to own and MANAGE GROWTH ORIENTED micro and small enterprises.

DM Group’s mission is to ensure that our funeral policies cover the principal member and their immediate families when the worst does happen. In the sudden occurrence of death, we believe that families should be allowed to grieve and grieving families would be ensured that their departed loved ones receive respectful, dignified, appropriate funeral and burial rites, even in the midst of the COVID-19 pandemic, instead of worrying about the financial ramifications of the passing of their loved one.

For this reason, you will find that our funeral cost pay-outs are FAST and SIMPLE. We pride ourselves on limiting the burden left of those who’ve lost someone dear to them, furthermore DM Group understands the very importance of having peace of mind during difficult times.

Responsibilities and expectations (not limited to):

-MUST have / register online for a personal income tax number on the SARS website
-MUST have experience selling insurance
-Advantageous experience selling Funeral cover & Funeral policies
-Make quality sales
-Daily / Weekly & Monthly reporting on sales activities
-Keep up to date and fully informed on product comparisons and new products
-Be compliant in all activities in accordance with regulations and professional guidelines and ethics
-Excellent communication skills
-Must be South African Citizen
-Available immediately
-Must be able to travel to different province at moment’s notice
-Administration of new Policies
-Opening of new Policies
-Industry knowledge – understanding policies and products inside and out is vital...
-Highly self-motivated, with a good attitude!
-Proven business development ability who is used to working to targets
-Proven ability to present on the phone
-Confident and experienced negotiator able to drive revenue
-Ambitious and driven personality with a hunger for success
-Identify key area for sales opportunity
-Contacts and connection are advantageous
-Finding prospective customers and helping ensure those customers understand the value of our products and show them how it can benefit them and their families.
