➢ RESPONSIBILITIES
o Attending sales meetings with business owners.
o Determining client’s business requirements and whether the products being considered are suitable.
o Decide whether the software or hardware needs adapting to meet the client’s needs.
o Answering any technical questions the client might have.
o Maintain contact lists and follow up with customers to continue relationships.
o Contact new and existing customers to discuss needs.

➢ REQUIRED SKILLS
o Bachelor degree in Business.
o Minimum of 1 year experience in sales software industry.
o Customer service skills to listen to the concerns of a customer and be able to address their needs.
o Interpersonal skills to work with a wide variety of people each day, build relationships and network.
o Confidence and strong self-assuredness to succeed in cold-calling customers and making a sale.
o Communication skills, especially persuasion, to clearly convey the benefits of a product to potential customers.
