Your role will involve performing a variety of administrative tasks, including updating employee records, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.

Responsibilities
• Develop onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the company
• Develop training manuals
• Update our internal databases with new employee information, including contact details and employment forms
• Gather payroll data like leaves, working hours and bank accounts
• Screen resumes and application forms
• Schedule, confirm and conduct interviews with candidates
• Post, update and remove job ads from job boards, careers pages and social networks
• Prepare HR-related reports as needed (like training budgets by department)
• Address employee queries about benefits (like number of remaining vacation days)
• Development and implement HR policies and procedures
• Participate in organizing company events and careers days
• Regular staff performance reviews, coaching, and feedback
Requirements and skills
• Degree or Diploma in Human Resources Management or similar field
• Experience as a Staff Assistant or similar junior HR role is a plus
• Familiarity with HRIS, ATS and resume databases
• Experience with MS Office
• Good understanding of full-cycle recruiting
• Basic knowledge of labour legislation
• Strong Organizational skills
• Must have an eye for talent
• Passion for contributing to a startup environment
• Suitable candidate must be comfortable to work remotely/from home
• Must have own laptop and smart phone
