We are looking for a polite cal center representative to work closely with other team members to provide outstanding services to our customers by answering calls.
The call centre representative may handle a hight volume of inbound or outbound calls or both.
They will listen to and understand the reason for their call, address solutions and provide efficient response.
This customer representative should be customer focused, detail oriented and efficient.
