Our client in the Business/Management Consulting Sector is seeking a Business Development Manager for Northern Suburbs of Johannesburg.
We are looking for a candidate who exudes passion, enthusiasm and has a proven track record of high performance within a corporate B2B sales environment.
Ideal candidate is motivated, organised, a creative individual who welcomes the challenges of acquiring and developing new business through sales efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
• Focus on new business Sales utilising a direct go to market approach.
• Creation of your own leads and growth of sales pipeline.
• Lead generation, through email, phone and online systems)
• Acquire New Clients
• Achieve New Business Sales Target
• Required to be out of the office prospecting for new business opportunities
• Provide accurate sales forecast using the sales CRM/Re porting tools
• Compilation of all required Sales collateral for Clients (Sales proposals, presentations etc.)
• Achieve weekly / monthly sales activities to drive sales pipeline
• Conduct client meetings in a professional manner
• Research, combined with a Detailed Client Needs Analysis, to uncover sales opportunities.
• Work closely with colleagues in achieving client project goals
• You will build key customer relationships, identify business opportunities, and close business deals while maintaining an extensive knowledge of current market conditions.
• As a Business Development Manager, you will be required to classify, grow and achieve your new business targets.
• You will be responsible for achieving an individual New Business Sales target and managing your sales deaIs throughout the sales cycle.
Required Skills (non-negotiable):
• Must have a large network of corporate client contacts (Clients who respect you & have a good past business experience)
• A clear preference for hunting with a touch of farming
• Excellent written, verbal communication & presentation skills
• Excellent negotiations and closing skills I C-Level Executives
• High degree of customer focus (Empathy, honesty, reliability)
• Target / Goal Driven
• Robust & enthusiastic personality
• Very professional and presentable Qualifications (advantageous):
o Bachelor's degree | BCom I IMM I BBA
o 3 — 5 + years of Business Development Management Experience.

Salary
Monthly TCTC (Basic + Petrol + Cell) | R25,000 – R38,000 (+ commission on top)
