We are looking for young, bright ambitious graduates to join our ATP (Accelerated Training Program) at our HQ in Rosebank, Johannesburg.

Successful graduates or Trainee Managers will join our ATP program for a period of 6 – 9 months and be rotated into various business units to learn our business end-to-end. Trainee Managers will be fast-tracked into commercial / operational management and leadership positions within the global group. Typically, a commercial /operations role, managing a Business unit/Division or Country within the global group.

On completion of the ATP, Trainee Managers will be relocated to one of our in-country operations. The group’s demand for Trainee managers at the moment is our South East Asia region, Thailand, Philippines, Indonesia etc.

Requirements:

University Degree in Engineering / Actuary / IT
Strong analytical skills
Strong mathematical orientation
Bilingual (English / Afrikaans)
