Internal Sales Manager

Our client in the Steel/Mining Industry based in one of the Northern Suburbs of Johannesburg is seeking an Internal Sales Manager.



Please note: This is an urgent position that needs to be filled as the current Internal Sales Manager is relocating.



Duties:

Majority is Key account management
A bit of New business development
Communicating with customers, making outbound calls to potential customers, and following up on leads.
Understanding customers'''' needs and identifying sales opportunities.
Answering potential customers'''' questions and sending additional information per email.
Keeping up with product and service information and updates.
Creating and maintaining a database of current and potential customers.
Explaining and demonstrating features of products and services.
Staying informed about competing products and services.
Upselling products and services.
Researching and qualifying new leads.
Closing sales and achieving sales targets.


Requirements:

Must have a minimum of 4 years’ experience in an Internal Sales role
Professional and well-versed


Salary:



R20,000 – R25,000 + commission earnings of between R10,000 – R40,000 per month.
