A company in Mpumalanga is looking for an Internal Sales Representative to join their Team. They tackle electrical, hydraulic and mechanical power management challenges. Specializing in automation, motor control, SmartWire-DT, command and control, data networks, and circuit protection, they ensure critical systems work efficiently and reliably

Minimum Requirements:
Grade 12
Diploma / Certificate in Sales
Experienced in using Pastel
Previous experience working as an internal sales representative
Strong technical knowledge and understanding of pumps, valves, electrical, mechanical, filtration, instrumentation, hydraulic, and material handling
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficient in CRM software

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Self-motivated with a strong desire to meet and exceed sales targets

Duties and Responsibilities:
Meet sales targets
Provide customer support, respond to inquiries, and offer technical assistance and product information
Update customers on order status and proactively address any potential delays or issues
Assist the sales team in preparing quotes, proposals, and contract renewals
Collaborate with the sales team to identify sales opportunities and upsell/cross-sell products
Develop a deep understanding of the company's product portfolio
Prepare regular sales reports and analyse data to identify trends and areas for improvement
