Junior Executive Assistant to CEO (JB4906)
Luanda, Angola (Open to South African Citizens willing to relocate)
€1 000 - €1 200 CTC per month + accommodation and some meals
3-month contract

This dynamic role will support the CEO as he leads growth across Africa and other coffee-producing regions.
Minimum Requirements:
Completed commerce-related degree.
1 -3 years experience in an admin support role.
A proactive, adventurous spirit ready to relocate to Angola and open to international travel.
Strong organizational skills and a knack for managing logistics and administration.
Interest in learning about international trade, especially in the organic, fair-trade coffee sector.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for building and sustaining client relationships.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Executive Support: Assist the CEO with logistics, travel arrangements, and day-to-day tasks, streamlining his activities and freeing him to focus on the company's strategic goals.
Global Exposure: Accompany the CEO on trips to meet clients and partners across Africa, and other coffee-producing global regions, learning the trade and representing the company.
Client Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain relationships with clients and partners, acting as the CEO’s representative where needed.
Key Administration: Oversee essential administrative tasks, ensuring smooth operations and supporting the CEO’s vision for growth.
