Hibiscus Private Hospital requires a Medical Receptionist to fulfil key tasks and responsibilities for the Practice.

Requirements:

Diary and appointment management
Reception duties: Answering incoming calls, attending to emails, patient liaison
Surgical Case Manager duties: Data capturing, diary management, obtaining Surgical quotations, attending to medical Aid motivations
Billing and payment collections (consultations, in-room procedures, theatre billing
Ensure the smooth and effective functioning of the practice
Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable always
General administration
Procedure room and cosmetic implants and devices: Stock taking and ordering
Maintain efficient patient service
Maintain confidentiality of all doctor, staff and patient information
Qualification:

At least 2 year’s experience in a similar medical receptionist position is preferable
Verliclaim and GoodX software is an advantage
Skills and attributes:

Strong interpersonal skills and a team player
Hardworking and great work ethic
Professional communication skills
Ability to work under pressure and prioritize
Computer literacy and high attention to detail
Well-presented and professional
Working hours:

Monday to Friday, 08h00 – 17h00
