Partner Coordinator
Job Information
Duties & Responsibilities:
-Manage the Partner and Driver acquisition funnel to achieve onboarding targets.
This involves: posting the opportunity online, telephonic screening, and running
face-to-face and virtual onboarding sessions
-Build and manage relationships with key stakeholders related to Partner
acquisition, such as churches, NGOs, ward councilors, and youth development
organizations
-Manage and train online sales agents to onboard new product Partners in the
locations
-Compile reports and provide regular insights and learnings to the Product
Operations Manager on the effectiveness of the Partner and Driver recruitment
process and channel
-Keep relevant systems related to Partner and Driver recruitment up to date e.g.
(upload and manage driver profiles and update data related to application status
for Partners)
Qualifications:
-+1 years experience in Human Resources, Recruitment, or Operations role
English and either isiZulu or Sesotho speaking
-Strong MS Oce and Excel skills
-Start-up experience is preferable
-Good at adopting new technology and someone who enjoys using technology to
improve efficiency and solve problems (we use Airtable, Slack, Stacker, and
Asana)
-Adaptable individual, comfortable with ambiguity and constant change
-A highly driven individual who loves meeting targets
-Excellent communication (both written and spoken) and presentation skills
-A passion for people and strong relationship building skills
-An organized individual with a proven ability to execute projects in a consistent and reliable manner
