Minimum Requirements:
BCom Degree
Setup to work in a fully remote capacity
NetSuite experience, preferred

Duties and Responsibilities:
Overseeing the processing of annual renewal invoices
Managing Value Added Tax (VAT) compliance and reporting
Handling and resolving general customer account inquiries
Efficiently managing credit note issuance and reconciliation
Supervising and maintaining Reseller accounts
Demonstrated proficiency in international sales
Addressing auditors' queries and facilitating audit-related tasks
Ensuring compliance with annual Broad-Based Black Economic Empowerment (BEE) documentation requirements
Demonstrating a strong team-oriented approach and readiness to provide support as needed
