Driver – Code 10 (PDP)

To manage and execute all delivery processes from preparation to dispatch, in order to ensure efficient customer service and satisfaction.

Minimum Requirements Essential:

Grade 12 / Matric;
Code 10 with PDP;
5 – 10 year’s relevant working experience.
Advantageous:

Experience in the construction tools & equipment industry;
Administrative skills (route planning, stock checking).
Job Specifications:

1. To ensure that all orders are received and delivered timeously;

2. To ensure that the orders are prepared timeously;

3. To ensure daily delivery schedule and planning;

4. Maintain positive working relations both with the team and the clients;

5. Ensure efficient and timeous communication regarding delivery and services;

6. Proactively solicit client feedback regarding delivery.

Competencies Essential:

Knowledge of delivery routes;

Good Communication Skills;

Demonstrates a customer service mind set;

English – Fluency in Reading, Writing and Speaking;

Ability to work under pressure, have good attention to detail and deadline driven.
