Minimum requirements:
• Degree or Diploma in Project Management
• PMP (Project Management Professional) Certification
• Five (5) years industry experience.
• Strong knowledge of IP & Telecoms Carriers.
• Ideally worked with large scale VoIP projects.
• Strong knowledge of MS Office Suite.
• Product and systems knowledge.
• Presentation skills.
Duties & Responsibilities:
• Develop, implement and maintain project plans.
• Work within the available infrastructure to gain the required approvals.
• Conduct meetings with key stakeholders as required.
• Monitor project plans ad project budgets continuously to ensure the project stays on track.
• Identify project risks and put contingency plans in pace.
• Ensure the project is ready for implementation and conduct post-project reviews to ensure all project deliverable are met and ensure everything is thoroughly documented.
• Maintain weekly progress reports and report on project milestones to all key stakeholders (including management and clients.
• Facilitate quick resolution of arising issues.
• Ensure BPO information is current and the system is fully updated.
• Responsible for the full scope of the project with regards to scheduling, design, quality, staff, etc.
• Build and maintain customer relationships with existing and prospective clients.
• Liaise with other departments and/or suppliers on expected deliverables.
